While our sanitation spray is designed to help reduce bacteria and promote a cleaner environment, it does not guarantee the complete elimination of all germs, parasites, or viruses. We are not veterinarians, and our services are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Local Poop Scoop is not responsible for any illnesses, infections, or health issues that your pet may develop after our services are provided. Pet owners are encouraged to maintain regular veterinary checkups and treatments as needed.

At Local Poop Scoop, we don’t just pick up poop — we make it disappear the right way!

Here’s how we handle the dirty work so you don’t have to worry:

Standard Service—Bag It & Bin It

After scooping your yard, we bag the waste in strong, eco-friendly bags and place it neatly in your outdoor trash can (unless you tell us otherwise).

Quick, clean, and totally hassle-free!
We always double-check that bags are sealed tight to keep smells and mess away.

Upgrade—Haul It Away!

Don’t want pet waste hanging around even in your trash can?

No problem — for a small extra fee of $5, we’ll haul it away for you and dispose of it properly through approved waste channels.

Double-bagged, safely transported, and responsibly tossed out!

Our Promise:

No sneaky dumping in random dumpsters or parks — EVER.
We follow all local rules to keep neighborhoods clean and green.
We use earth-friendly supplies whenever we can because we love pets and the planet.

What We Need From You:

Just a little outdoor trash can we can access — that’s it!
If you don’t have one handy, no worries —we’ll work with you to set up haul-away service.

As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup), immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets, and prompt payment of balances due.

Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible.

If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e., vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.

We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets, or other properties.

Fees and promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.

Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.

By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
